  Brentwood at Fore Ranch is Ocala's newest ALF having opened in August of 2012. It is located just behind West Marion Hospital in Fore Ranch. Opening a new building is quite challenging but also a lot of fun. Responsibilities included managing all aspects of a start up Assisted Living Facility from pre-opening to present day. Duties included negotiating with vendors, formulating budgets, developing market rates and marketing sales plans, and creating brand awareness within the community.   Emeritus at Ocala West is one of Ocala's premier ALF's. Responsibilities included managing overall operations, marketing, sales and etc. Achieved and maintained 97% census. My focus has always been resident and employee driven. I am proud that many of my management team have been promoted within the company. Won numerous census and net profit awards. Turned the building around from loosing money with a not so pleasant reputation to one of the most profitable and best in Ocala. Emeritus at Ocala West is one of Ocala's premier ALF's.
