When Eric joined our team he hit the ground running right out of the gate. Normally in sales as well as in the staffing industry, it takes a minimum of 6-9 months to ramp up. Within the first couple months Eric was fully ramped and was bringing in extremely qualified clients. Coordinate and direct geotechnical drilling rigs that drill into the earth at specified depths and take multiple types of samples. Using field experience and knowledge of regional geology/geomorphology, on-site analyses of these samples are conducted and documented. These samples and their correlated documentation are provided to our Geotechnical Engineers who then perform multiple tests in order to determine what type of conditioning the site may need before construction can begin. We also drill after the ground conditioning is complete to confirm the quality of the conditioning (usually a sub-excavation), as well as on existing properties that may be experiencing uneven foundation settlement.
