Support and assist all technicians with any issues on mice status, welfare processes, isolator floor procedures and shipping. Communicate and plan work schedules via email with involved employees and management. Review milestone goals with trainees and encourage them to forward their career by seeking training and learning opportunities. Inform staff of sop changes, weekend welfare checks, room status and process changes during daily staff meetings inside the room.
