Kartu Prakerja Project Management Office (PMO) at Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Republic of Indonesia. Kartu Prakerja (Pre-Employment Card) is Government of Indonesia's official premier program for Lifelong Learning, Digital Transformation (a G20 Indonesia 2022 Summit Priority Issue) & Financial Inclusion. It is a overseen by a special inter-ministerial committee of 14 ministries, including Ministry of Finance, Education, Labor and others, led by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs. Its mission is Skilling, Reskilling, Upskilling Indonesia. We also work closely with UNESCO Institute of Lifelong Learning (UIL), UN ESCAP/APCICT, UNDP and others to improve lifelong learning in the world. Kartu Prakerja is the official Government of Indonesia’s program that has provided billions of US dollars worth of training and aid to more than 16.5 million jobseekers (& counting) in Indonesia, digitally, during the COVID 19 pandemic period and beyond. Assisted three Indonesian ‘giant tumor’ children who had been sponsored by Tzu Chi Indonesia & Singapore for free operations in Taiwan.
