Responsible for the Product vision and Product strategy of the domain Product Findability for Kramp Group. Kramp aspires to be the leading digital e-commerce company in the agricultural industry. Our customers use our digital channels daily to buy the parts and accessories they need to run their business. Ensuring customers can find the right products fast from the huge technical assortment is key. It’s an exciting challenge to be responsible for this essential part of our customer experience. As Product Manager I work closely with development teams to ensure we build the most valuable solutions for our customers. I’ve taken the role of Product Owner in multiple scrum teams over the last years, in the domain of Search, Product data and Data science. I collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, as the quality of search is impacted through assortment, product data, UX, marketing, etc. I try to promote a data-driven mindset across our entire organization, always looking for opportunities to use technology and data in smart ways to improve customer experience or scale internal processes. Some highlights: - Building our successful new Elasticsearch-based Search application from scratch - Working closely with business to roll-out the new search technology to all 16 countries - Building our Data Platform from scratch to empower teams to build data-driven features - Re-platforming to a Greenfield microservice architecture (GCP) without loss of revenue - Building Image Recognition technology (using ML) for the award-winning Kramp App - Building, testing and improving our in-house product recommendation service Show less

Responsible for improving conversion and overall performance of the international B2B Kramp webshop. As one of the first members of the new e-business team, we had a leading role in the digital transformation of Kramp, working closely with other departments to improve the digital customer experience of Kramp customers. I quickly got obsessed with the most obvious opportunity to increase conversion: helping the customer find the product they need as quickly as possible from Kramp's huge technical assortment. In my final year in this role, I started collaborating closely with the development team building the new search engine at Kramp Hub. By providing the team with the right context, insights into user search behavior, and test cases we ensured our new search solution would fit the specific needs of Kramp customers and internal stakeholders. - Improving onsite search by optimizing existing IBM WebSphere Commerce search logic - Implementing search facets, with the right systems in place to control for quality - Working closely with developers to ensure the new search fits customer & business needs - Starting and leading a cross-department, multiyear Product Data clean-up project to structurally improve product data quality, with the main goal of improving User and Search Experience in the digital channels Show less

The company Telefoonboek ran a number of high-traffic websites with +3 million monthly visitors, offering me the opportunity to manage high-volume SEA campaigns and high-impact SEO optimizations. During my time there the core business model had to change. I played a key role in launching several new business models and websites, in close collaboration with in-house designers and developers. We grew from 4 to over 100 employees, successfully pivoting to completely new business models. - Optimizing conversion of visitors on multiple high-volume websites through AB-tests - Continuous SEO efforts to ensure high volumes of organic traffic - Leading role in content creation processes - Creating back-end systems to onboard, validate and categorize large amounts of data - Launching several new websites in close collaboration with designers and developers (e.g.: Openingstijden.com, grew from 0 to 1.8 million visitors in 14 months) Show less
