Eric T. Rasmussen serves as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Consolidated Restaurant Companies, Inc. CRC currently operates and franchises casual-dining restaurants Cantina Laredo, El Chico, Black Oak Grill, Good Eats and Lucky’s, and fine dining steakhouses III Forks, Cool River Café and Silver Fox Steakhouse. He has been with CRC since 2002 where he reports directly to CRC’s Chairman and CEO, John D. Harkey, Jr. Eric presents over 15 years of experience in the administration of private and public equity and debt transactions concentrating in the acquisition, consolidation, management of public and private companies primarily in the casual and upscale restaurant space. From 1998 to 2002, Eric was a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for private-equity firm Cracken, Harkey, Street & Hartnett, L.L.C. (CHSH) where he was part of the acquisition team that acquired two public and five private companies that merged into what is now CRC. From 1994 through 1998 Eric was Senior Litigation Paralegal for Cracken & Harkey, LP, a boutique litigation law firm concentrating in the area of complex litigation. Prior to joining CHSH, Eric was Senior Litigation Paralegal for Woodall, Short & Reed and Ray G. Besing & Associates. Eric T. Rasmussen was born in Seattle, Washington and raised in Mexico City. He attended Dallas Baptist University where he obtained a BA in Business Administration.
