Worked closely with the project manager and superintendent on two CPS renovation projects. Wrote RFI's, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, reviewed pay apps and change orders, and resolved subcontractor issues or questions on site on a daily basis. Also worked in estimating, reviewing plans and specs to complete detailed takeoffs for various divisions of work on multiple simultaneous projects. While in estimating, I reviewed subcontractor proposals and coordinated scope coverage with other members of the estimating team. I was furloughed in November of 2020 due to COVID related lack of new work being awarded. I maintain a good relationship with Path Construction and my previous coworkers.
