Principal/Senior Mediator

I've been working as an environmental mediator designing, mediating and analyzing complex, multistakeholder collaborative planning and dispute resolution processes in the natural resource domain for twenty years. My practice has focused on marine resource conservation, ecosystem restoration, fisheries management, energy and renewables, , flood management, water conservation, water quality, water supply reliability, endangered species protection, and land use management. I work with a broad range of stakeholder interests from government (federal, state, and local levels), fishermen, farmers, business and industry, environmental organizations, and community-level citizen action groups. I also lead trainings in negotiating effective agreements, collaborating and communicating effectively in the natural resource domain, and facilitation and mediation.
