Brought on board this $460M Sweden-based manufacturer of ready-mix and prefabricated concrete that acquired William Bros. Concrete in 2015. Manage/grow a portfolio of large commercial accounts while contributing to companywide operational, process improvement, rebranding, business integration/restructuring, and technology implementation/integration projects. Played a key role in reinvigorating stagnant sales/profitability trend across the Atlanta market; doubled EBITDA to $26M and grew concrete sales volume 45% to 1.6M cubic yards and $53M annually in one year. Integral in significant efficiency improvements; helped introduce/execute a $1.6M investment of Jonel Archer batching systems and Trackit (GPS capability software). Facilitated implementation of Batching Systems across all 50 plants and GPS units in 600 trucks. Selected by CEO to co-lead sales restructuring initiative. Penetrated new markets forecasted to deliver $20M in annual sales revenue; grew business in existing markets.
