  • Develops and implements programs, systems and procedures that will ensure the attainment of the required targets. • Plans and designs equipment lay out and general piping arrangement for water and wastewater treatment facilities includes detailed engineering for shop and construction fabrication. • Project engineering design responsibilities for industrial/municipal waste water and/or water treatment facility. • Prepare hydraulic calculations for water flows through water and/or wastewater treatment facility. • Prepare calculations and size pumps for water handling facilities. • Prepare technical specifications for public bidding of industrial/municipal waste water and/or water treatment facility. • Oversee Cad drafting check the drawing prepared for assigned project assignments. • Field Engineering / Inspection task during construction and preparation of as-built drawings. • Initiates/implements, in coordination with marketing and technical services, production development, cost reduction and quality improvement programs. • Researches on updates and new technologies that will enhance knowledge and technical skills. • Interface with all disciplines related to design and preparation of construction documents • Review and approve shop drawings submitted by contractors that are constructing facilities for projects. • Assist in preparation of proposals and BOQs related to such work. • Performs other duties from time to time as appropriate for the position.
