Provide an evaluation of their experience and abilities. • Perform employee evaluations, write performance appraisals, and counsels employees as necessary. • Ensures that all ExCIS simulation models are interacting correctly with AFATDS and other tactical systems. • Evaluates the technical capabilities of software and hardware and provides recommendations as to their usefulness. • Provides ExCIS data analysis support, developing SQL scripts to produce reports of all collected data. • Works closely with Operations Research System Analyst (ORSA) evaluating ExCIS data. • Provides data and operations management, software programming, and technical support for operational testing by means of automated data acquisition, emulation of digital communications, relational database management, software programming and maintenance. • Develop and use integrated applications with the following software to aid in data management, reporting, manipulation, and analysis using Linux, Oracle PL*SQL, Oracle SQL*PLUS.
