As a Senior Developer, I managed multiple teams of 2-4 developers as the technical lead in the design and implementation of a system used to collect data for clinical trials. I developed rules within data capture systems to increase data quality and protocol compliance as well as built databases to normalize data for regulatory reporting. I also created a compensation management system to automate payments to clinical sites and designed integration between trials and remote patient monitoring system. Lastly, I managed a $1M project to upgrade the clinical database hardware and restructure the environment to increase global performance.
