Directs, plans, trends, allocates and leads aircrew training for the Special Operations Formal Training Unit accomplishing firm establishment of equal treatment and allocation of resources. Synchronize with training group command, 5 squadrons, and various offices to direct the training of up to 88 students yearly. Strategically plan with the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) for the allocation of slots, resources and spaces. Led 300+ military personnel dedicated to supporting Task Force operations in various theaters of operation conducting tactical intelligence for Special Operations Combatant Commanders highest priorities. Directed the “Just in Time” training pipeline for the newest tactical intelligence aircraft before the first block came off the assembly line. Coordinated with headquarters command to allocate appropriate money to flying training operations equaling $1.2M with no loss in scheduled training. Coordinated with Multi-National Corps-Iraq and ISAF Joint Command as deployed SIGINT liaison officer. Intelligence authority consolidating ISAF SIGINT requirements of the platform with de-confliction and blended operations in deployed location. Hand selected as part of 7 person contingent during JTF deployment in response to hostilities in the Mediterranean during which we extracted 550+ American citizens out of harm’s way in 60 days aboard MH-53J helicopters. Incorporated organization’s goals into AFSOC exercise and deployment planning and managed more than 80 requirements for 50 aircrew, unit 100% contingency and deployment ready. Directed 8 person team during joint AFSOC/ACC Operational Readiness Inspection (ORI), coordinated all support to 5 special operations squadrons, garnered mission management “Outstanding” rating and overall “excellent” rating.
