Facilitated collaboration and successfully wrote grant for funding from Washington's Health Care Authority to implement Opioid Treatment Networks in Clark and Klickitat counties, strengthening partnerships between hospital systems and behavioral health agencies and resources to increase access to medication assisted treatment (MAT) and continuing recovery supports. Implemented and oversaw development of the Health Homes community based care coordination program including supervising a 10 person team of social workers, nurses and case mangers across 5 medical clinics in Clark County.
