I.T. - Keeping all computer workstations up-to-date and cleaning files. - Maintaining company network servers on a day to day basis. - Troubleshooting technical problems as soon as possible within the office to help maximize uptime. - Researching, purchasing, and setup/install of new equipment for company as needed. - Providing equipment or tools to employees as needed. - Assist clients over email or phone-call in accessing Mainelli Wagner FTP sites to either upload or download files. - Prepare files and workstations for new employees, and assist with any questions about network access and file locations. While at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, I was a Teacher’s Assistant, which has helped to make me an organized and responsible employee. I was responsible for keeping all of the assignments and handouts available for the students. I kept a spreadsheet to keep track of attendance for the students, which also served as a way for them to see their progress within the class. I was also given a good amount of responsibility from the professor by assisting with leading classes and instructing the students on how to work with very large animals and their riders in a safe, productive manner.
