Attend daily briefings and meetings if needed before and after each shift, keeping a positive manner during all working hours, while maintaining a professional appearance. Ensures the smooth operation of the department, and enforcing procedures at the parks front gate entrance, and or other assigned park post stations. If necessary, would notify supervisor of any suspicious guest, items, behavior, or activity inside and outside the park grounds during shifts, and assist in any written reports. Responds to all non-routine incidents taking appropriate actions and making the proper notifications. When the post requires it, communicates with other security personnel via two-way radios, ensures quick, fair, and consistent results to customer complaints if any, and make sure to safeguard property assets, and all guest items when checking and patting down all guest at the parks entrance points. Responsible for communication within the department, ensuring that information is shared with team members, as well as informs security senior management team of information necessary to the efficient operation of the business.
