      Started with Palmetto State Armory as Store Manager responsible for all day to day operations for a 4,000 sq ft (expanded to 18,000 sq ft in the same year) facility. The responsibility of the inventory management resulted in turnover of around 2.0. Key responsibility for ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, in addition to ITAR. Trained all new and existing employees on product offerings and sales techniques. After a year, was promoted to Chief Retail Officer where responsibility was for all sole strategic retail initiatives. This included overseeing 7 store locations where initial store setup was handled by myself for 6 of those locations, with a 54,000 sq ft store being the largest store setup and design.
