During the time Eric and I worked together, he was a constant friend and mentor. Eric and I worked together to implement dozens of new technologies at T-Mobile, many of which are still in use today. Eric was always leading the team by example -- researching new ideas, refining the old ones, and bringing his top-shelf business acumen to bear on the needs of the company. He works tirelessly, and delivers in ways many of us never saw possible. He's an asset to any organization, and I cannot recommend him more highly.
