Debra D.

I worked under Eric's supervision at Ironclad Performance Wear. He is by far the best manager I have ever worked for. In the ever changing collaborative work environment, he gets it. He has high expectations of those that work for him but at the same time he equips you and motivates you to meet those expectations. Eric's keen intellect coupled with his ability to navigate complex concepts allows him an insight into people and business that others fail to grasp. His insight taught me to look at product and people in a new way. I would gladly welcome the opportunity to work for Eric again in the future.
