      1.Responsible for TOL(Touch on lens)production development and quality management. At early stage of MP, because of the unstable product features, I had visited the customer’s Vietnam factory to solve the quality issues and defect analysis. And I also set the sorting house to clarify the defect to reduce the defect rate rapidly in order to avoid the complain from customer side. 2.Continually persuade the customer to change the product type from TOL to GG(Glass on glass) and accept the product verification again. Finally, meet the customer’s quality target. 3.Visiting the customer’s factory to participate the customer’s quality event and achieve the quality event’s target. 4.When responsible for the US customer, the quality issue happened in the end product and caused the line stop in our side, I immediately interaction with cross-functional team to do each verification for 2 months and finally convince the customer to accept the line re-operation.
