  Lead the strategic planning and direction of the Club's Performance Plan, with a particular focus on sustainable success and the ongoing development of the High Performance Program environment and development pathway. ● Be responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, management and operations of high performance in conjunction with the Head coach and staff nominated by CEO. ● With the Head coach and other technical staff manage the strategic planning and direction of a development pathway program and a Talent Identification plan to achieve a coherent and holistic athlete pathway with staff nominated by CEO. ● Assist the Head Coach in the management and selection of the Club's player roster along with staff nominated by CEO. ● Work in conjunction with Sports Science and Sports Medicine to set the strategic direction, establish ongoing monitoring systems, and contribute to the analysis and review of servicing and applied research to maximise High Performance outcomes. ● Manage the Club's high performance initiatives including (but not limited to), assisting with elite coach education, dissemination of sports science and sports medicine research findings. ● Conduct and run camps and tours and creating sustainable pathways for new and existing players. ● Direct, build and actively manage relationships with the Club's high performance stakeholders - that is, its athletes, coaches, service providers, performance network and associations on behalf of the organisation. ● Manage the alignment of a High Performance culture with partner programs run through basketball stakeholders. ● Effective resource management to support financial and non-financial goals set by the Club.
