  My initial role was to perform marketing basic marketing strategies across multiple channels such as, SEO, SEM, SMM, DMM, and EMM. SEO consisted of optimizing the website for on/off page areas. SEM is a comprised of multiple campaign creations such as Search, Display, Video and remarketing ads. I've had to set up conversion tags via Tag Manager to track our SEM campaigns. I am currently managing a team for our social media marketing, I review KPI’s to determine the growth of our existing strategy. DMM is sent to existing clients for holidays and to homeowners for partnerships. I’ve focused heavily on EMM to develop templates, drip campaigns and certain automations regarding past clients stay. I now focus on building salesforce add on’s and other technologies that streamline the company’s communication between departments (marketing, sales, and operations), efficiency, and reduce costs. In addition to other technologies, I’ve integrated other AI/ML technologies to better understand our client base and provide a higher level of personalization with our clients.
