Studied the data and identified lack of tire care knowledge as the contributing cause with the best mix of potential saves versus our ability to attack the problem. Created a tire information class to combat preventable armored vehicle crashes within the State Department's armored vehicle fleet, leading to a reduction in mishaps over the next five years.
