Eric is a responsible and highly capable student affairs professional. As an intern he took on a great deal of responsibility in the Dean of Students Office and was the primary conduct officer responding to allegations of academic misconduct. I was most impressed by his autonomy and level-headed approach to student conduct. He dealt with many tricky situations with grace.
