Eric is an amiable, pleasant person to deal with, yet very professional in communicating his information! he conveys a good vibe that reflects a high level of integrity and care about his customer. Which I believe is very important for his profession. He never made me uncomfortable and always clarified that my benefit was his priority during my many years of experience in the business world. I haven't met as many recruiters with such excellent qualities, and I am sure he will be one of the top recruiters in a short time.

Eric is someone that people can easily feel at ease with. He has a natural ability to connect with individuals, and truly listens to what people are saying. When Eric initially came on board, he took it upon himself to connect with employees throughout the company. With that, he made quick connections, built trust with the employees and showed who he was. In addition, when he got on an interview with a candidate, you could tell the connection was real. He was authentic, transparent, and empathetic. Eric is extremely creative, collaborative, and driven. The talent he brought to the company and our people were next to none, and we are incredibly grateful for that. He worked on multiple projects that we passed his way and collaborated on. When handed a project, I was confident it would be done and executed well. I expressed to Eric on multiple occasions that I know he is meant for greatness and I am lucky that I was impacted by him first hand. He is going to continue impact lives in a positive manor, and I am excited to watch him evolve, and make that impact!
