Sarajevo - Short term missions: Sub-contracted to provide assistance to the EC agricultural and rural development reconstruction programme in Bosnia-Herzegovina. November 1997 - March 2001: Monitor of LIFE Third countries projects in Morocco, Cyprus, Israel and West Bank/Gaza strip. 1996-1999. Team leader Management and coordination of the Phare EEA/CORINE Project; continuation of the activities as Phare liaison officer between EC DG IA and the EEA (Copenhagen). Co-ordination and management of all the activities of the programme: organizing tenders (ToR, evaluation), contracting, editing and printing of newsletters, multilateral and bilateral high level meetings (MoE), conferences; negotiations with national environmental authorities and private companies; set-up new programmes for the Phare Environment Multi-country Programme; to implement technical evaluations of project proposals, etc. This project involves all Phare Accession countries, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, FYR of Macedonia and Romania).
