Eric is multi-talented, warm and engaging, clear and inspiring ! He is one of a few directors everyone knows is completely prepared, well ahead of the event, and can even pull a rabbit out of a hat, should the occasion call for one ! I am blessed to have worked for him !

I cannot think of a better storytelling director for the operatic stage in the US today. Eric's work on the world premiere of Happy Birthday, Wanda June was just simply the most impactful experience. He solicits the best out of all his cast members. His production team of designers so clearly completed his vision for the opera that the performances were tight and unified. Audiences were deeply moved by this world premiere of Kurt Vonnegut's final work. Bravo!
