      This is my second stitch with Kapro Industries, after a period of 24 years, I took a break for about 4 years and came back middle of 2016. I am responsible for the day to day contact with our (international) customers world wide. Setting them up in the system, processing their orders, keeping track of their orders, sample shipments, customer complaint handling and most important, keeping them happy and satisfied! Besides this I am also am involved with marketing events organizing (Trade Fairs, Seminars, Questionnaires etc), I am multi lingual, Full control of the Dutch, Hebrew and English languages, basic understanding of the German language.
