I have been working with Eric for about 3 years as part of Pearson's Efficacy research projects. In different parts of the business, the collaboration efforts that we have made were very successful for planning and executing efficacy research for IT products. From the collaboration with him, I have to say that he is very sharp and strategic as a product manager. He can easily analyze what caused problematic outcomes and suggest ways to make things right. He is also very good at prioritizing complicated tasks for efficient work processes. He is always professional and respectful of his colleagues. I can list numerous positive aspects about him, but these are the things that I want to highlight.

Eric is one of the best managers that I've worked for who fully understands every aspect of the product and particular business industry. He also consistently leads you towards the right track for improvement. With extensive experience in executive sales, Eric exhibits strong interaction skills and leadership personality. Other than that, as one of the leading product managers in Pearson, Eric is the master of the product that he is running and always motivates the whole team to achieve high and beyond objectives. Eric is the go-to person for any problems regarding either a particular product or sales team feedback.
