Accompaniment of companies and organization from sustainable economy and social action. Four main customers, among them “Genèses”, a social organization, and A.D.I.Valor, the French leader for collecting and recycling agricultural plastic. I helped them to better identify their partners’ expectations, to settle in Lyon, to develop their activity with a more efficient communication. I achieved several surveys and investigations: satisfaction survey, impact studies, evaluation of feasibility, relevance study. I managed a fundraising campaign to support a humanitarian mission in Iraq (winter 2018) I supervised that mission (march/April 2018) I have been responsible of an apartment where homeless people and young pros lived together (14 months between 2016 and 2017) I have been part of a global process improvement for “La compagnie des sens”. It is a start up from Lyon who hired a Down syndrome suffering employee. Show less

Est Bourgogne Media is a consortium of local daily newspapers. I worked there as a local office manager for 2 years, and as an assistant director for more than 3 years, in charge of the four local offices. My tasks as a local office manager - Team management: 4 full time journalists and 30 on-the-scene correspondents, coaching in their daily information tasks, quality control of reports and papers - Validation of the content before the printing, choosing the headlines - Evaluation of my team’s training needs - Guiding change - Dispute resolution - Representation and brand valorization upon local partners My tasks as an assistant director - Support of the four local office managers in their tasks - Elaboration and validation of the editorial strategy - Validation of all the local edition before the printing - Guiding change - Dispute resolution My main achievements - Daily management of the local crew: every edition was printed on time (a good newspaper in a printed-in-time newspaper) from 2010 to 2015 - Integration and training of the new employees in our local offices - Guiding change for the 4 offices when the printing was transferred from an old printing press to a new one, which meant new processes: I had to identify and face the challenges, the fears and the opportunities created by this new industrial tool - Concretization of the new company strategy about the on-the-screen correspondents: I settled several meetings, I made the strategy work in my offices, I guided individually the employees who feared the changes the most Show less
