In my role at Brass Valley/Computer Recycling USA I am responsible for the quality of our client’s experience. I manage day to day operations, throughput, quality of deliverables, and process improvements. I guide the client services team as they interface with our clients on a daily basis. I am also responsible for managing our downstream vendors. We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to meet our client’s needs.
