Sub-assembly and boxing of 40 sets side rails daily, using a variety of pneumatic hand tools. Assembly of the mainframe component of the hospital bed, installing the legs on the frame. Assist with picking, packing, and preparing parts for shipment. Complete Non-Conformance Reporting for defective parts, coding for root cause analysis. Perform daily cleaning functions of cleaning the paint booth with the use of air guns, restock supplies, shut down the acid wash processing plant. Exposure to the operation of robotic welding cells, placing parts in the jigs and removing completed bed frames.
