  Know all options for STEM afterschool programs, and aid in the selection of programs to be implemented at each school. Act as coordinator between coaches, school teachers, and mentors of the school-based programs and the STARBASE Hill Director. Oversee all communications and tracking of mentor’s hours of mentorship and individual needs for assisting the program. Communicate with coaches on team needs, student attendance, and equipment and materials needed. Track demographic metrics of students enrolled in STARBASE sponsored programs. Act as backup mentor for different programs as needed. Perform monthly site reports to track ongoing metrics to Hill AFB STEM Manager and STARBASE Hill Director.
