As a part of an undergraduate business team at Widener University, we created a business plan to add a micro-brewery to incorporate beer into Paradocx Vineyard's product line. Working alongside the Small Business Development center, we were able to create marketing value, forecast costs and sales, as well as navigate the complex Pennsylvania liquor laws to make it all work.
