  Over my 20+ year career with JPMC, I served as a Developer, Development Manager, Development Director, and Technology Director focusing on both Project Delivery and Organizational Transformation. • Conducted the Agile transformation of around 100 teams in Merchant Services. • Introduced training to leadership across Operations, Business, and Technology Groups. • Successfully implemented LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) framework across 25 teams in 6 domains. • Introduced environment to allow 2-week Scrum cycles, while introducing Kanban practices around Intake and release cycles. • Created cross functional development team capable of developing across 6 of our engines, to allow for a seamless delivery experience for custom demands for Merchant Services largest clients. • Provided merchants guidance in all phases of onboarding. • Technology lead for Guardian Project, leading over a 100,000-hour two-year effort to integrate and normalize data with other JPMC LOB to meet Government Mandates. • Oversaw migration of FDMS US and Canada boarding and reporting platforms to JPMC settlement system, seamlessly moving around 350,000 customers data, and over 100,000 accounts onto the new platform, and collecting and normalizing data from transactional and settlement systems to drive a seamless migration. • Performed due diligence and Integrated Gift Card System combining Liability, Transaction, and Inter-store settlement Reporting.
