Eric Berg is someone you want on your development team. I worked with Eric at Apollo Education and currently work with him at R2Integrated. We worked together as part of a larger team to develop an awesome web application that leveraged the best of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the latest in front-end javascript frameworks. During this project I saw just how committed he was to delivering the best product to our customers. He stayed late, worked through difficult software challenges and ultimately found insightful solutions to business needs. He not only went the extra mile for our customer, he spent time helping me to become a better developer. He is the kind of person that goes the extra-mile in every situation. Eric is an avid learner with a curious and investigative nature. He has a multi-dimensional approach to web application development that I have yet to see paralleled. I had the pleasure of working in a Front-End Development team with Eric for almost 3 years, and as his manager for about 6 months. Eric is one of the hardest workers I know. If a task needs to be done, he'll be the first one to raise his hand, no matter how difficult the problem may be. He excels at solving complex problems, and you'd be hard pressed to find something he couldn't create with JavaScript and CSS. Eric’s abilities to create complex custom CMS dialogs will make him an essential asset in any company using Adobe AEM. Besides his technical abilities, Eric is a great guy you will want to get to know. He's dependable, hard working, and has a great sense of humor. He works well in group settings and is always willing to help others. I, for one, am going to miss working with him on a daily basis.
