He is an exceptional first-year administrator and is extremely organized. Eric takes the initiative to know what needs to be done for the students he services and has answers to the questions you did not know you would need to ask. I truly enjoy working with him.

I have known Eric personally and professionally for a number of years, and I can't think of enough wonderful things to say about him. He is extremely driven, knowledgeable, and simply great at what he does. He has provided me/my agency with endless insight and support while navigating a difficult school system to do what is best for my client. He is often the "go-to" person due to his ability to manage multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. How he is able to manage a career, a full-time doctoral program, and a family is beyond me, yet he does so while making it seem effortless.
