They use a mix of traditional compositing techniques blended with a unique stereo pipeline in setting a new standard in the world of conversion. Duties and responsibilities include: 1. Delivering stereo-converted shots that are creatively converted under production timelines 2. Active role in building Gener8's 3D conversion pipelines 3. Developing time-saving, production-savvy techniques for the selection of difficult elements within 2D footage 4. Working closely with the Producer and Production Manager to complete overall quality control requirements on finished shots 5. Working closely with the VFX Supervisor and the Compositing Supervisor on conversion of 2D plates 6. Troubleshoot production pipeline issues 7. Mentoring junior compositors
