Had the privilege of working with Eric for about 3 years supporting gateway services, malware and threat prevention, spanning from Evaluation certification through the pipeline to delivery and post support (spanning multiple towers in an ever-changing environment). Did matter, the challenge or surprise we had sprung on him and there were many. Eric was always able to meet the task , efficiently and effectively. I am sure wherever he goes, he will highly succeed

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eric since 2009. Eric has demonstrated, for nearly a decade in my relationship with him, an extraordinary ability to lead large, technically diverse, and highly complex teams and projects spanning software development to Information Assurance. Eric joined my company (Genesis Business Systems) in 2011 and had an immediate impact working in the Federal Civilian (a new area of expertise for him) in the areas of Agile Coaching, Project management, IT Security. Eric then lead our company’s initial efforts towards offering Cloud Services. In every position I’ve known Eric, he has demonstrated an ability to adapt and thrive across emerging technologies and project management methodologies. Eric’s most extraordinary ability is his ability to communicate effectively across the spectrum of low complexity technical work to high-level (C-Suite) strategic planning. Eric is unique among highly competent technical professionals in that he has the ability to communicate to high level management in non-technical terms, collaborate with high level technical professionals within their expertise, and motivate entire teams to innovate to achieve effective and efficient results. Eric’s adaptability to unique subject matter environments like banking, federal civilian, and federal DoD make a proven individual with unique, and highly strategic, communicative capabilities. An ideal candidate for any high level IT position.
