  I’ve been a member of a cross-functional team whose main area of focus is digital transformation at Bosch Bursa Plant. As a part of this endeavor, we, as a full-stack software development team, have had two main roles: software development and data engineering. Some of our activities include frontend/backend development of web applications with scalability in mind, development of backend data pipelines to read, transform and deliver machine/production data, development of client-side applications as an integral part of the digital transformation ecosystem, and carrying out all these activities in compliance with the best practices defined in Bosch central guidelines.   My career at Teracity can be split into three phases. At the first phase, my role was to make improvements on a comprehensive web-based MIS application. (our clients were municipalities with up to 850K population each) - Following coding standards to add new features to the existing application - Identifying problems based on customer requests, providing and applying solutions - Framework-level core developments to expand its features and improve its performance As a more experienced developer, the second phase was a stage where I started to take more responsibility and develop standalone applications. -Acting as a tech-lead in the process of rewriting and modernizing a public web application for local governments (among its many features, core function of which is online tax collection) -Execution of a visitor management system from idea to a commercial product (I used our internal suggestion system to promote building such a solution and after its adoption I took active part in every stage: analysis, software design & development, testing, deployment and maintenance) -Development of various mobile applications At the last phase, I had the privilege of working solely on R&D projects as a tech-lead. We used state-of-the art deep learning models to build innovative solutions.
