I had the pleasure of training him in the NFOPP Technical Award and preparing him for the exams he would need to pass in order to apply for his MARLA membership. Erdal was always a diligent, engaged hard worker with a sharp mind and analytic approach to problems, which sets him head and shoulders above the competition in agency due to his well developed ability to advise on complicated property matters.
