I had the pleasure of managing Ercan in 2019, as he oversaw the transition of responsibilities for product development to partners in Ahmedabad. This was a very complicated journey, and Ercan did an exceptional job managing his team, coordinating with partners, and bringing all stakeholders along as we took successful products that Ercan was key in designing and implementing over the past years, and executed a successful transfer. Prior to this experience, I worked with him on architecture and migration of technical assets from on premise solutions into cloud environments, refactoring Tomcat stacks to be well suited to a virtualized deployment.
