I've had the pleasure of working with different architects and engineers across a variety of disciplines. One of my most memorable experiences was volunteering for I-NOMA (Illinois National Organization of Minority Architects). During their event, I partnered with company architects and conducted interviews, networked, and provided career development tools to recent college graduates. My passion lies in helping rising professionals become marketable in their field while reaching their greatest potential. Show less

During my summer internship at SayWhat! I wrote many articles dedicated to local cuisine ranging from downtown Chicago to Little Italy. In order to get such information, I conducted countless interviews with different business owners and restaurateurs who shared their knowledge with me on how they started their business and how that passion fueled their creative cuisines. My final project was to create something that sparked interest or concern in my personal life. I made an original video project about segregation and socioeconomic disparities in the South Shore neighborhood. All of the projects created were posted on the SayWhat! website and shared on Facebook and Twitter. Show less
