Detay is giving service in the field of EAS (electronic article surveillance) and representing Checkpoint in the Turkish market. Most of the customer of Detay are big super and hyper markets like Carrefour and Migros. The responsibility areas were technical purchases, daily operation management of the technical groups, foreign research of new products and communication, field services and the control of the field personel, monthly reports regarding efficiency, the process of adapting to a new ERP. The implementation of new technology and new products in the Turkish market in the field of EAS , the preparations of the first few implementation so that the rest of it can be applied with ease, have worked with Carrefour and Migros for the product adaptions that were provided by Detay. Basically the general and micro management of the technical service of Detay that is responsible for the technical support and the service of Checkpoint of Turkey which consists more than thousands areas.
