Implement cost saving initiatives to maximise revenue. Health and safety – maintain LTA rate and a quarterly audit result of 95%. Conduct infield visits, maintaining a target of 8 visits per month. Implement and manage client projects. Analyse and plan optimal routes to increase efficiency and save costs. AR disputes – liaise directly with customers and resolve disputes. Fleet and asset management – dispose of vehicles, achieve budgets and implement cost saving initiatives.
