  On the project: Srael Ichilov site is a pilot project, first of its kind as an external company provides and manages medical equipment inventories for hospital surgery rooms.The site is a front warehouse of the company and is located next to the operating rooms complex, the site provides logistics services, procurement services, inventory management, provisioning and customer services. The site requires 24 hours 7 days a week availability and level of service of 100% due of being an end point in the supply of life-saving equipment.Key responsibilities for managing the site: Supply chain management to and from the site, daily Operations Management. Site and surgery rooms Inventory management. Data collection and analysis. Operate existing systems, planning and implementing new systems. Management KPI and standing in high performance targets both logistics and services Due to the Character and the strategic importance of the project. Constant Improving and streamlining operations to increase labour productivity. Recruitment and training of workers. Coordination between the corporate headquarters, management and hospital.In the site: 12 employees, including customer service staff, IPO, quality control and warehouse staff working in two shifts and constant readiness.Site work is complex and requires great creativity and ability to work under stress (operating room environment is a dynamic environment and could be very nervous work environment).Interfaces: Working closely with many interfaces, including hospital management, operating room management team, Company management, headquarters factors, purchasing, information systems, finance, human resources, other company warehouses, officials administrative and suppliers.Interesting and challenging work each and every day!
