Held various positions within FedEx Express, but the place where I made the most significant impact was at the DFW ramp, where I facilitated the AM truck routes for the DFW metroplex stations. Working with the engineers to ensure and improve on-time departures and arrivals. We even improved the parking and maneuverability within the confined yard by opening up a second gate to improve traffic flow of all tractors and trailers.
