My primary instructional duties are in Science and World Language. My work in this private, college preparatory academic environment affords me the opportunity to become a strong collaborator among teaching staff members as well as therapists with various interdisciplinary backgrounds. With unremitting utilization of my background in Psychology and Biology, I have built experience consolidating timely research data, statistical analysis, and designing personalized lessons for a student body with special needs at Sage Day Therapeutic High School. Steadfast in the face of deadlines, new educational and SMARTBoard Technology, and with a keen objective eye, I monitor and design lessons for students for individualized Student Growth Objective reports as well as district-wide verbal reports and weekly meetings with teaching staff, Principal, therapists, and Clinical Supervisor. My regular reports for my 30+ students include delineation and analysis of student affect and emotional or cognitive ability for written reports and documentation. Furthermore, I am motivated, caring, and experienced in taking initiative by assuming the responsibility and honor of becoming the adviser of the National Honor Society at Sage Day where I monitor and foster students' academic, character, service, and leadership development endeavors.
