Epp's a natural in communicating with people. When working at the European Parliament, she always had a way of constantly making new connections. She got people's attention when working on a project, asking for input or when we needed others to include our point of view in their agenda or political documents. She made others take a moment, focus and really listen. In a busy workplace like the European Parliament - or any marketplace for that matter - Epp's skillset is gold's worth. Epp gets things done and makes sure the team get things done when she's leading a project. My experience with working with her was that I could really trust her with getting a job done. She did not drop the ball because of time pressure nor the usual overwhelming daily minutiae we all experience.
