I worked with Ed at HTM for just under 2 years. He is very talented Developer who very quickly becomes an expert on any project he tackles. He takes the time to understand the business reasoning behind the given requirements to repeatedly produce results that exceed expectations. Focused on quality, maintainable code, Ed always works positively within the team, engaging his teammates and leveraging their expertise (I believe he would also exceed in a leadership role). Happily taking on any challenge, he has been key to development of some of our biggest projects to date and a voice that we trust when making high-level decisions. Ed was also both easy and fun to work with and I hope to get the chance to work together again one day.
